Anthony Wyatt Jones

Anthony W. Jones has developed a wide range of practical business and legal experience since moving to the Bay Area in 2002. After spending several years as in-house counsel for a large SF art university, Anthony transitioned into a COO role with a local investment company, and later founded a successful web marketing company. In 2009, he started his own legal practice with the goal of using what he had learned in the business world to better service clients in the various stages of their companies’ development.

Anthony has represented a diversity of clients—including construction firms, promotions companies, restaurant groups, and fitness groups—in areas relating to entity formation, operations, contracts and compliance. He works closely with principals to determine their corporate goals and help formulate strategies for meeting these objectives, with an aptitude for freeing up owners and executives to be able to focus on running the business. By serving as on-demand counsel for growing companies, Anthony is able to tailor his services to the specific needs of each, and is continually exposed to new areas in business and the law.

Anthony earned his B.A. in Economics from Stanford University in 1998, and his J.D. from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law in 2001. He holds a CA Real Estate Brokers License, and is admitted to practice law in California.
